Calvin graduated with Bachelor of Law from the University of London (External) with Honours in 2007 and successfully obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice in the year, 2008. He reads in chamber at Chur Associates since September 2009 and was retained as a Legal Assistant since.
Being the first generation of purebred CAtizen, he acquires his experience in general litigation such as civil and commercial litigation in bankruptcy, contractual disputes, debt recovery, possession claims, judicial review, winding up proceeding as well as labour and employment litigation. Further, he diversifies his expertise into the area of Intellectual Property and Family Law related matters such as Divorce proceeding, Will writing, Probate and Letter of Administration.
His knowledge in the law of Succession allows him to appreciate the entire procedures from the stage of will writing up to property distribution to the beneficiaries at the Court level, Land Office or even the Small Estate Distribution.
Beside legal works, Calvin has an interest in marathon and had joined these events since the year 2011 on an average 3 marathons per year and he hikes every weekend. He trusts that by doing adequate exercises it will empower him to think out of the box and to move even further.
Believing in CA’s “We Deliver” motto, Calvin, being a frequent book prize winner in his tertiary study, will certainly succeed across the mass horizon in legal practice.
