I apologized that I have not been writing, my Management Journal that is. A lot of concerned “Fans” have been asking me about this lately and I am truly touched by such gestures. So, I have decided to do a “bumper issue” this round featuring my MJs for September, October and November. Happy Reading! CA Recruitment

We have decided to keep the current size of the CA Crew for 2009 to ensure optimization of the CA potential after our leap in numbers of almost 100% in less than a year. This is our commitment to the CA Crew for sustainable growth as a team and family. Against the global trend of cost cutting and retrenchment, we have instead gave our CA Crew a symbolic commitment raise to ask for better ownership that we should take on the opportunities presented to us in this financial crisis.     

CA Interns – Our intern from Vietnam has postponed his stint with us until March 2009; meanwhile we have our very first “Dutch Lady” Marjolein Tapper (or Marj) who shall be with us until mid February 2009. A 20 years old student of Real Estate from the north of Holland shall have the chance to experience the best of Malaysia and CA, of course.
