GREEN is power of WILL, so said the Guardians of the Universe in forming the Green Lantern Corps for intergalactic peace-keeping. Will Power is the highest form of energy.
The chosen one(S) (there are many Lanterns around in different shapes and sizes) need to be fearless in order to fully utilize such Green power! For being fearless drives imagination and you can BE as powerful as you can imagine! That's RIGHT! My latest personal mantra of Forgive, Permit and Believe! All these are essential elements of being FEARLESS which is extremely POWERFUL.
These come in different words and phrases in this season of movie blockbusters - accepting who you are in the X-Men First Class, the state of inner peace in Kungfu Panda and the freedom so sought after in the latest sequence of Transformers are pillars of FEARLESSness. The emotions of positive, calmness and assurance are all sources of energy that enhance, ensure and empower! Of course, the manifestation of the same attracts voluntarily and that's immense!
At the same time at the other end of the equation, there is this YELLOW power created by FEAR! When you manifest FEAR, you get sucked in involuntarily. It is just natural. The worst thing is when you are so afraid to even admit that you are in fear and this is when your mind starts running amok calling back your hidden memories and past experiences by portraying a future where you will fall back in it for sure. The moment you react to it, you get sucked in. This is equally powerful if not more. By giving in to Fear you start a tango with no end!
In between these two ends lies a super power in each and every one of us. The power to identify (being in present) and the power to act (being in control). There is something bigger in us that transcend our mind.
Logic is driven by the values set by your past experiences which try to measure the unknown future with parameters of the past. What more when our logical mind demands for answers and evidence all the time when we know there are more things unanswered than those answered and the answers we have today is by no means definite.
Ask Christopher Columbus today, he will still call the continent that he discovered, India! Why be guided by the real while the truth is still unreal?
All I want to say is that I trust that YOU have good intention and the choice is yours!
